I bought a pre-made banner with 10 individual pink-striped flags. In order to spell out the message, I traced each letter on purple scrapbook paper. I wanted the letters to be as large as possible while still fitting onto the flags. Then, I cut each letter out of the paper and glued it onto a flag.
